Holiday rates based on 16 or less.  Additional guests are $25 per person. July and major Holidays require 3-night stay. All other months, receive 150.00 off 3rd night except July and Holidays.

Policies:

  • no visitors without permission. unauthorized people will be charged double the normal rate guest fee
  • 50% deposit required to hold any reservation.
  • three weeks prior to arrival the balance is due.
  • an additional $250 security deposit required prior to arrival on Foxglove Retreat, Foxglove Lodge, and Hocking Cottage. Note this fee will be conditionally but cheerfully refunded.
  • an additional $500 security deposit required prior to arrival on Tara Lodge. Note this fee will be conditionally but cheerfully refunded.
  • 2 night minimum, 3 on holidays.
  • Check-In 4:00 pm, Check-Out 11:00 am.
  • Absolutely no smoking inside.
  • No pets.
  • Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Reservations accepted no more than one year in advance please.
  • Any day that is a holiday requires the holiday rate.
Cancellations:
  • $60 fee for any cancellation, no exceptions.
  • 25% forfeiture of your total booking price for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival, in addition to cancellation fee above, no exceptions.
  • No refund for any cancellation within 21 days of arrival, no exceptions.
  • change in arrival and/or departure date(s) can be considered a cancellation.
Provisions:
  • Firewood provided for first night in generous proportion.
  • cottage (only) has charcoal BBQ. First charcoal bag provided.
  • All linens, towels, soaps and lotions provided.
